In Plain English

  • Ha*Ash: a duo of two sisters, Hanna and Ashley, who sing pop and country love songs in Spanish.
  • Santander Arena: a large indoor concert hall in Santiago, formerly called Movistar Arena.
  • Puntoticket: the only official ticket seller for shows at that arena.
  • Bizarro Live Entertainment: the company that promotes the Ha*Ash shows in Chile.

Who Ha*Ash Are and What the Tour Is

Ha*Ash is a pop and country duo of the sisters Hanna and Ashley. Chilean outlet Radio Agricultura describes them as a Mexican and American duo.

The Santiago shows belong to the No Me Hablen de Amor tour, which means Don’t Talk to Me About Love. The promoter’s text says it follows the Haashville tour, which played more than 150 shows in a little over a year.

The ticket page names hits such as Lo Aprendí de Ti, Perdón Perdón, Te Dejo en Libertad and 100 Años. It promises a renewed production with colours, choreography and a close link with the audience.

The promoter’s text also claims more than 60 sold out dates and more than 500,000 tickets sold on the previous tour. Those figures come from the promoter and were not independently checked.

Tickets, Prices and Sale Dates

Puntoticket is the only official seller for Santander Arena, and the venue says it cannot answer for other sites. Buyers can use puntoticket.com or its official physical sales points.

The first night, Sunday, 21 March 2027, went on sale on Wednesday, 26 August 2026, at 12:00 and sold out. Radio Agricultura reported the sell out on Thursday, 24 September 2026.

A second night, Monday, 22 March 2027, went on sale on Thursday, 24 September 2026, at 16:00. The ticket page still marked that date as available on Monday, 26 October 2026.

Each buyer may take at most six tickets, and the tickets are named to one holder during checkout. The ticket page says a ticket can be named only once and never renamed.

The venue says to bring the ticket, printed or digital, together with an identity card or passport. The ticket page for this show mentions only the Chilean identity card, so foreign buyers should ask Puntoticket first.

The Venue and How to Get There

Santander Arena stands in Parque O’Higgins in Santiago and carried the Movistar name for 18 years. Meganoticias reports it took its new name on Saturday, 5 September 2026, after a naming rights deal with Banco Santander.

The venue’s website lists a capacity of about 15,500, with 12,000 numbered seats and 3,200 removable floor seats, TicketNews reports. Live Nation became majority owner in a deal announced in December 2025.

Pedestrians enter through Parque O’Higgins, where the Metro station is, or through Calle Tupper, the venue says. Cars need a parking ticket bought in advance on Puntoticket and enter by Avenida Viel or Calle Tupper.

The venue advises arriving early to avoid crowds, and it posts door times on its Instagram page. No door time for Ha*Ash had been published on Monday, 26 October 2026.

Every visitor passes a security check with metal detection. Bottles, food, drinks, umbrellas, sharp objects, professional cameras and banners on sticks are not allowed, the venue says.

Children under 13 must enter with a responsible adult who holds a ticket for the same sector, the ticket page says. Wheelchair places are limited and must be bought in that sector, and a companion ticket is on sale.

Entering Chile as a US Visitor

Chile’s official tourism board says US citizens do not need a visa to enter as tourists. Visitors must present a passport or identity card, as appropriate.

Border officers may ask for proof of at least US$46 a day and a hotel booking or notarised invitation letter. Visitors must declare animal and plant products on arrival.

The US State Department rates Chile Level 2, exercise increased caution, because of crime and civil unrest. Street theft is common, and large demonstrations can disrupt buses and the Santiago Metro, it says.

A 21:00 start means a late return, so check Metro hours and a back-up ride before the show. The venue sells pre-booked parking through Puntoticket for drivers.

Santiago is on UTC-3 and New York on UTC-4 on both show dates, so the gap is one hour. A 21:00 start in Santiago is 8 p.m. in New York.

What It Means for You

US citizens need no tourist visa, but they need a named ticket, a passport and a plan for the late start. Foreign buyers should ask Puntoticket how to name a ticket with a passport number.

A mid-priced seat costs about US$64 to US$81 including the 15% service charge. The cheapest stands ticket costs about US$12, and the dearest front-row seat about US$128.

Expats in Santiago can reach the arena by Metro, and tickets cannot be renamed, so buy only for people who will attend. With the first night sold out, the 22 March show is the one to target.

What Is Not Known

Door times, the support act, the setlist and the running time had not been published on Monday, 26 October 2026. Which sectors still have tickets for 22 March was also not published.

The ticket page calls 21 March a Saturday, but 21 March 2027 is a Sunday. The venue and Radio Agricultura give 22 March as the second date, which is a Monday.

How foreign visitors name tickets with a passport was not stated, and Metro hours for the return trip were not checked. The venue lists no further Ha*Ash dates in Chile.

What Comes Next

The venue says it posts door times on its Instagram page, but it gave no date for that post. The shows are on Sunday, 21 March 2027, and Monday, 22 March 2027, 146 days from the date of writing.
