Floor Jansen in Santiago is set for Thursday 22 April 2027 at 8 p.m. in the Teatro Coliseo, a theatre in central Chile’s capital. Jansen is the Dutch lead singer of Nightwish, a Finnish symphonic metal band, and this is her solo show.
Tickets for Floor Jansen in Santiago start at 45,000 Chilean pesos (about US$45), plus a 15% service fee. For a US traveller, it is one dated evening around which to plan a trip to Chile’s capital in the southern autumn.
In Plain English: Who Floor Jansen Is
Floor Jansen is a Dutch singer who has fronted Nightwish since 2012. Symphonic metal means heavy guitars and drums mixed with orchestral-style keyboards and a trained, often operatic, voice.
Her solo tour is called Hytress, and her official site says it covers Europe and Latin America. A European leg of nine club shows runs from Thursday 14 January to Saturday 13 February 2027.
On that leg she plays new songs with her full live band. Her first solo album, Paragon, came out in 2023.
Her single Run followed in June 2026, her first new solo music since the album. Her website also announced three Mexican shows for 2027 on Friday 9 October 2026.
The Mexican shows are in Guadalajara, Mexico City and Monterrey, with dates not yet published. Santiago is the only Chilean date we found.
Chile belongs to the Latin American part of the tour that her website mentions. A theatre is a far smaller room than a stadium, so seats may go quickly.
Tickets, Prices and How to Buy
Puntoticket, a Chilean ticketing website, sells tickets for Floor Jansen in Santiago, and its event page names The FanLab Producciones SpA as the producer. Sales opened on Thursday 11 June 2026 at 10 a.m., and the page showed tickets as available on Wednesday 28 October 2026.
Dollar figures here use 989 pesos per US dollar, the rate on Wednesday 28 October 2026. Puntoticket adds a service fee of 15% to each price.
Platea Alta, the upper seated level, costs 45,000 pesos (about US$45), or 51,750 pesos (about US$52) with the fee. Platea Baja, the lower seated level, costs 49,000 pesos (about US$50), or 56,350 pesos (about US$57) with the fee.
Cancha, the area in front of the stage, costs 54,000 pesos (about US$55), or 62,100 pesos (about US$63) with the fee. A wheelchair space and a companion seat cost the same as Cancha.
Every person who enters needs their own ticket, and children under 5 are not allowed in. Buy only on the Puntoticket page, because resale offers from strangers carry a real risk of fakes.
The Venue and How to Get There
Teatro Coliseo stands at Nataniel Cox 59 in the commune (district) of Santiago, the central district of the capital. It is a concert hall, and the ticket page lists Platea Alta, Platea Baja and Cancha as its sectors.
A venue listing gives its capacity as about 1,800 seated or 2,500 standing, but the theatre has not confirmed this to us. Which sections are seated and which are standing is not stated on the ticket page.
Metro Moneda, a station on Santiago’s subway, is the closest stop, a few minutes’ walk from the door. Check the Metro’s closing time for a Thursday before the show, because it is not confirmed here.
Doors time is not published, so plan to arrive well before the 20:00 start. Keep your ticket on your phone or printed, because every person needs a valid entry.
Walk with a group after dark and keep your phone out of sight. Take a licensed taxi or a ride-hailing app back to your hotel after the show.

Tips for US and Foreign Visitors
The US State Department says American citizens need no visa for tourist or business stays of up to 90 days in Chile. You receive a tourist card on arrival, and a 90-day extension costs US$100 at the immigration office.
The same State Department page advises Americans to exercise increased caution in Chile because of crime and civil unrest. Keep phones and wallets out of sight in crowded places, and avoid protests.
Late April is autumn in the southern hemisphere, so Santiago evenings can turn cool after a mild day. Pack a light jacket for the walk to the hall.
Puntoticket prices these tickets in Chilean pesos, so your card issuer will convert the charge. Check your card’s foreign-transaction fee before you pay.
A hotel in a central district near a Metro station keeps the trip to the show short. We did not check hotel prices or flights from the United States, so price both before you buy.
What Is Not Confirmed Yet
The Puntoticket page confirms the date, time, venue and prices for Floor Jansen in Santiago. Her own tour page showed no dates when we read it, so the artist’s team has not yet confirmed Santiago.
Doors time, support act, set length and song list are not published. The page also gives no ID rule or refund policy, so ask Puntoticket before you buy.
The ticket page shows prices as of Wednesday 28 October 2026, and the producer could change them or add sectors. A sold-out label could also appear at any time.
We do not know whether more Chilean dates will follow. Sales have been open since June, so seat availability may change quickly.
