Robbie Williams closes two nights at Arena 1 Park

The British singer Robbie Williams plays the second and final night of his Lima run on Thursday 24 September 2026. The first show in the Peruvian capital was on 23 September. These are the only large concerts in Lima this week.

The venue is Arena 1 Park, on the Costa Verde in the San Miguel district. The shows are part of the Britpop LATAM Tour 2026, the Latin American leg of his current run. The promoter is ONE Entertainment.

The BTS week in Lima is a shop, not a stadium

BTS belong to Lima’s week, but they are not playing. The South Korean group opens a pop-up store on 25 September 2026. A pop-up store is a temporary shop that trades for a limited period and then closes.

The demand figures, and the ones nobody has published

The clearest measure of interest is the ticket queue. Ticketmaster Peru recorded more than 619,000 users connected at the same time across the three BTS dates. Infobae reported that figure in September 2026.

It counts people waiting in a queue, not tickets sold. An earlier stage of the same sale produced a figure of more than 521,000. That one appeared in a piece linked to PromPerú, the state tourism promotion agency, in June. The two numbers measure different moments and should not be swapped.

PromPerú has published a study on music tourism called “Turismo musical y el efecto BTS”. It found that 85 percent of the music tourists surveyed consider music fundamental to their identity. Six in ten attend concerts every year.

That study gives no visitor count for these Lima dates. It gives no spending figure per visitor and no economic impact estimate. No official projection exists either. Mincetur, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism, has published no forecast for these events, and neither has PromPerú nor Canatur, the national chamber of tourism.

The same coverage offers comparisons only. Shakira drew more than 180,000 people over four nights in Lima. Bad Bunny drew fans from the United States, Chile, Ecuador and Bolivia.

What this means if you live in Lima or travel there

The practical point is the calendar. This week’s crowds gather on the Costa Verde, the coastal road below San Miguel, on the night of 24 September. The Miraflores queues start the next day and last a month.

Hotel and flight pricing usually follows concert dates rather than shop openings. If you are booking around BTS, the pressure points are the nights of 7, 9 and 10 October near Estadio San Marcos.

For the store, the constraint is the booking window rather than the price. Entry costs nothing, but slots are reserved online and checked at the door. Anyone travelling to Lima for the store alone should secure a slot before buying transport.

Nothing in the record supports a claim about tourism revenue. The demand signals are real and large. The spending that follows them has not been measured, and no agency has said it will publish a figure. Until one does, the honest position is that Lima is busy and that the size of the gain is unknown.
