The José Madero Mexico City concerts are on Friday 21 May and Saturday 22 May 2027 at the Arena Ciudad de México. Madero is a singer-songwriter from Monterrey who is on a US tour that runs to 14 November.

Tickets go on general sale on Friday 30 October at 11:00 Mexico City time, which is 1 p.m. Eastern. The announced seller is Superboletos, a Mexican ticket company, and no prices have been published yet.

Who José Madero Is and Why It Matters

José Madero is a Mexican singer-songwriter born in Monterrey, the industrial city in northern Mexico, and he sings in Spanish. His current show is called the Querido José Tour, named after his album Querido, released in September 2026.

The Mexico City announcement says each night will have a different set list. That gives fans a reason to buy for both Friday and Saturday.

US fans do not have to wait for the José Madero Mexico City shows to see him. Live Nation, the US concert company, lists his US tour through Saturday 14 November, with buy links to Ticketmaster.

For a US visitor, the José Madero Mexico City nights make a good reason for a long weekend in the capital. The shows are in an indoor arena, so rain in the wet season should not affect the stage.

Tickets, Prices and Sale Dates

The announcement names Superboletos as the seller for both Mexico City nights. General sale opens on Friday 30 October 2026 at 11:00 Mexico City time, or 1 p.m. Eastern.

A pass covering both nights is also planned. Its price and terms have not been published.

No prices for single nights have been published, so we cannot give a US$ figure for the José Madero Mexico City tickets. Read the price list on the seller’s own site before you pay, and check the zone, not just the headline price.

When we checked on 28 October, the Superboletos home page showed no Madero listing. That is normal before a sale opens, but it means we were unable to confirm the sale time with the seller.

Buy José Madero Mexico City tickets only through Superboletos or links on the arena’s own site. Offers from strangers on social media carry a real risk of fake tickets.

The Arena and How to Get There

The José Madero Mexico City shows are at the Arena Ciudad de México, an indoor arena at Avenida de las Granjas 800. The city’s tourism office says it holds about 22,000 people.

The nearest Metro stop is Ferrería/Arena Ciudad de México on Line 6, a short walk across the avenue. The Fortuna stop of the Tren Suburbano, a commuter rail line, is a similar walk away.

The tourism office also says city buses of the RTP network run along Eje 4 Norte, a main road by the arena. The arena is in Azcapotzalco, a borough outside the main tourist neighbourhoods.

Most US visitors to the José Madero Mexico City shows will stay in central areas such as Roma, Condesa or the capital’s main boulevard. From there, plan to reach the arena by Metro or an app-based ride.

Ride pickups are slow after a big show, so agree on a meeting point away from the entrance. Check the Metro’s closing time for your line before you rely on it late at night.

Tips for US and Foreign Visitors

Mexico’s foreign ministry says US citizens need no visa for tourism for stays of up to 180 days. You need a passport and the digital immigration form, the FMMd, which airlines provide or you can get at the border.

Officers may ask for proof of the purpose of your trip, so keep your hotel booking and return flight on your phone. Do not work for pay in Mexico on a tourist entry.

The US State Department’s Mexico advisory, read on 28 October, tells Americans to exercise increased caution in Mexico City because of crime. It says petty crime is frequent in tourist and non-tourist areas, and it asks visitors to take extra care at night.

For all of Mexico, the advisory says a solo taxi rider should photograph the taxi number or plate and text it to a friend. That is a cheap habit for any ride you hail in the capital.

If you cannot travel in May, Live Nation lists the last US dates of his tour in Texas. They are Wednesday 11 November in Austin, Thursday 12 November in Dallas and Saturday 14 November in McAllen.

What Is Not Confirmed Yet

We found no confirmed doors time or start time for either night. We also found no support act, set list or seating map.

Single-night prices, the price of the two-night pass, service fees and resale rules are not confirmed. The Superboletos site showed no listing on 28 October, and the arena’s own event calendar did not load any events for us.

We were unable to confirm the dates with the arena or with Madero’s own channels. Check the seller and the arena again in the week of 30 October before you book flights or hotels.
