Hayley Williams, the singer and songwriter whom the venue calls one of the most influential voices in contemporary alternative rock, plays Santander Arena in Santiago, Chile, on Wednesday 18 November 2026. The show starts at 9 p.m. Santiago time, which is 7 p.m. in New York and 4 p.m. on the US Pacific coast.
Tickets are on sale at Puntoticket, the only official seller for shows at the arena, with totals from CLP 41,700 (US$41.98) to CLP 116,400 (US$117.19) including the service charge. Neither the seller’s page nor the venue’s listing carries a sold-out label as of 30 October 2026, but neither publishes a count of the seats left.
What the Show Is
The venue describes the night as The Hayley Williams Show, a concert that moves through her career, her solo period and the songs that, in its words, have marked a whole generation. Both the venue and the seller list a single date, Wednesday 18 November, and a single start time of 9 p.m.
The venue names Lotus as the producer, and the seller’s page shows the same Chilean company tax number, 76.434.401-4, for the organizer. The seller adds that Williams continues her work with the nonprofit REVERB to make the tour more sustainable, with a greater positive effect on people and the planet.
The venue says on its frequently asked questions page that the doors time of each show is posted on its official Instagram account. The opening hour for 18 November is therefore not yet public on the venue’s website.
Tickets and Prices
The seller’s price table lists totals from CLP 41,700 (US$41.98) for the cheapest place to CLP 116,400 (US$117.19) for the most expensive, and every total includes a service charge. Dollar figures here use the Central Bank of Chile’s observed dollar rate of CLP 993.22 per US$1, shown on its indicators page for 30 October 2026.
One example from the table is the Platea Alta Silver seat at CLP 46,200 (US$46.52) plus a CLP 7,000 (US$7.05) charge, for a total of CLP 53,200 (US$53.56). The Platea Baja Diamante seat costs CLP 96,200 (US$96.86) plus a CLP 14,500 (US$14.60) charge, for a total of CLP 110,700 (US$111.46).
The artist presale began on Tuesday 12 May 2026 at 10:00 Chile time for up to 7,300 tickets, and the general sale began on Thursday 14 May at 10:00. The seller set a limit of four tickets per customer for both stages.
The seller says there is no audience restriction and that children pay from age 2, while the venue adds that child admission depends on each event and its producer. Seats marked AU are universal-accessibility places for wheelchair users and others who need a seat, and VP marks a partial view.
The venue states that the only official sale for its shows is through the Puntoticket website and its physical sales points, or at the arena’s box office on event days. Most tickets are e-tickets that can be downloaded again from the seller’s site, and the venue says it cannot reissue a lost ticket.
Getting to Santander Arena
Santander Arena stands in Parque O’Higgins in central Santiago, and the venue says pedestrians enter through the park from the Metro or along Calle Tupper. The nearest Metro stop is Parque O’Higgins, which the Metro’s station list places between Toesca and Rondizzoni.
The Metro’s own fare table lists weekday fares of CLP 895 (US$0.90) at the morning and early evening peaks, CLP 815 (US$0.82) in the off-peak daytime and CLP 735 (US$0.74) from 20:45 to 23:00. Weekday service runs from 6:00 to 23:00, and the end time of the show is not published, so visitors should not count on the last train.
The venue sells parking only through Puntoticket and lets cars in only with a prior parking ticket, through Avenida Viel or Avenida Tupper depending on the ticket. It calls its parking limited, so the Metro, a taxi or a ride-hailing car is the simpler way to arrive and to leave.
The Metro’s own news page describes an airport connection as a future project, so rail does not yet serve Santiago’s airport. A visitor flying in should plan a bus or taxi ride into the city before the show.
Inside the Arena
The venue says the arena holds about 15,500 people at most, with 12,000 numbered seats, 3,200 movable chairs on the floor, 9 suites and 28 boxes. It describes a dome 50 meters high and says the building can be emptied in 16 minutes in its full-arena format.
The venue says construction began in 1958 for the 1959 basketball world championship and stalled for decades, which earned the building the nickname white elephant. It opened in 2006 as Arena Santiago with a visit by the Dalai Lama and took the name Movistar Arena in 2008 with its main sponsor.
The venue’s pages now use the name Santander Arena, while some of its web addresses and older listings still say Movistar Arena. A visitor searching for directions or tickets may therefore see either name for the same building in Parque O’Higgins.
Everyone must show a ticket, printed or digital, together with a national identity card or a passport, and pass a security check with metal detection. A US visitor should carry the passport, which the venue lists as valid identification.
The venue’s list of banned items includes bottles, food and drinks, sharp objects, umbrellas, professional cameras and banners with sticks and blunt objects. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside, and the venue lists free Wi-Fi in parts of the building, with bars and terraces for before and after the show.
Lost items are handled at information stands at the north and south entrances inside the building, and the venue also has an online lost-property form. Its general inquiries line is +56 2 2770 2300.
Entry, Safety and Money for US Visitors
The State Department’s Chile country page says US citizens need no visa for a tourist or business stay of 90 days or fewer, and that travelers receive a tourist card valid for up to 90 days on arrival. It adds that the passport must be in good condition and valid for the period of the stay, with at least one page free for the entry stamp.
The page says the tourist card can be extended for US$100 at the Chilean immigration office. A concert trip of a few days does not need that step, but anyone combining the show with a longer stay should know about it.
The State Department’s Chile advisory, dated 19 August 2026, is Level 2, exercise increased caution, because of crime, unrest and health. It says petty crime is common, with mugging, pickpocketing and theft, and that violent crime also occurs.
The country page says pickpocketing and muggings occur frequently at popular tourist sites in Santiago, that small bags and purses have been stolen from the subway and taxis, and that cell phones are often stolen from restaurant tables. It also says demonstrations can take place with little or no notice and can disrupt buses and Metro service, and it lists 133 as the police number for reporting crimes.
The advisory also points to a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention travelers’ health notice for Andes virus, a hantavirus, in the region and calls the risk for most travelers extremely low. Visitors who want the full text can read the advisory itself before booking.
Santiago runs two hours ahead of New York in mid-November, which makes 9 p.m. on the stage clock 7 p.m. in New York and 4 p.m. in California. The time shift for East Coast visitors is therefore small.
The rate behind every conversion in this article is the Central Bank of Chile’s observed dollar of CLP 993.22 per US$1 for 30 October 2026. The rate moves daily, so a ticket priced in pesos can cost a few dollars more or less by 18 November.
What It Means for You
For a US fan the practical steps are to buy through Puntoticket or the arena’s box office, carry a passport and plan a taxi or ride-hailing car for the trip home after a weeknight show. Travelers who add the concert to a longer trip can start with the Chile coverage and the guide to what to do in Santiago in November 2026.
Fans following the tour can read the guide to her Lima concert, and the Santiago concerts guide lists other big nights in the city. Prices, availability and the exchange rate can change before the show, so the venue and seller pages are the places to check last.
What Is Not Known
Neither the venue nor the seller publishes the set list, an opening act, the doors time or the end time of the show. The venue says doors times are posted on its Instagram account closer to each show.
The seller does not say how many tickets remain or which sectors are sold out, and not every sector label in its price table can be read online, so only the sectors named here are described. The seller’s sign-in page offers a separate login for foreign customers by email address, but the event page does not say whether foreign-issued cards are accepted at checkout.
No Metro schedule extension for this show appears on the Metro’s news page as of 30 October 2026. The weather forecast for the evening is not yet available.
