Each buyer can purchase up to six tickets with one Brazilian CPF tax number, and no more than two can be half-price. Half-price buyers must show proof of eligibility at purchase and again at the gate.

Without proof, the buyer must pay the difference to the full price at the venue box office. Whether foreign visitors can buy without a CPF is not confirmed.

Online tickets are digital only and arrive within 24 hours of payment approval, according to Live Nation. Download the Quentro app before you go, and transfers open 30 days before the show, subject to change.

The stadium box offices at Gates 2 and 15 open on show day from 10:00, subject to availability, according to Live Nation. Live Nation lists Pix as an online payment option, so pay only through the official Ticketmaster Brasil site.

Gates, Times and Age Rules

Ticketmaster and Live Nation both list gates opening at 16:00 and the show starting at 20:00. Set times for the support acts and for the headliner have not been published.

The show is rated 16 and over. Children aged 5 to 15 must go with a parent or legal guardian, and the rule may change by court decision.

Getting to MorumBIS

MorumBIS is at Praça Roberto Gomes Pedrosa 1, in the Morumbi district of southern São Paulo. Live Nation’s event page lists no transport plan for this show.

Lance says the nearest station is São Paulo-Morumbi on Metro Line 4-Yellow, about 1.4 kilometres away. That is a 15 to 20 minute walk, and buses stop along Avenida Giovanni Gronchi and Avenida Jorge João Saad.

Lance says parking is limited, with private lots on the same two avenues, and taxi stands sit near the main entrances. Its guide dates from October 2024, so check for changes.

The State Department says US citizens need a visa to enter Brazil, whatever the purpose of travel, since 10 April 2025. Apply only through the official Brazilian e-visa portal at brazil.vfsevisa.com.

The State Department’s advisory rated Brazil Level 2, Exercise Increased Caution, when this guide was prepared. It warns of violent crime, including armed robbery and carjacking, in urban areas by day and night.
