Bolivian government ad reminds that fuels increased 84% in Uruguay

The Bolivian Ministry of Economy presented an advertising spot in which a young man talks about the socialist government's economic strategy to contain the prices of oil derivatives, which in that country have increased by 0%.

"What? Gasoline in Bolivia does not go up in price, not even now with the Ukraine-Russia war? How crazy! Because in Ecuador it shot up 30%, in Argentina 18%, in Chile 40%, in Brazil 49%, in Paraguay 59 . . .
