Brazil is selected to host the World Skateboarding Championships

The events will be held in November in Rio de Janeiro. These competitions are considered the most important of the season and are also important for the fight to qualify for the next Olympic Games in 2024 in Paris (France).

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The international skateboarding federation World Skateboarding confirmed on Monday (2) that the 2022 World Championship will be held in Rio de Janeiro.

These competitions are considered the most important of the season and are also important for the fight to qualify for the next Olympic Games in 2024 in Paris (France).

According to the Brazilian Skateboard Federation (CBSk), the two competitions will be held at Praça Duó in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). The first will be the RIO World Skate Park World Championships, which will take place from October 2 to 9.
