The Super Crown São Paulo 2026 decides the world champions of Street League Skateboarding on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 December. The finale takes place at Ginásio do Ibirapuera, an indoor arena in Brazil’s largest city.
The league’s own event page says tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster Brazil. Brazilian sports media report that a new team contest, the Nations Cup, offers US$100,000 to the winning country.
What the Super Crown Is
Street League Skateboarding, known as SLS, runs a professional tour in street skating, the style built on stairs, rails and ledges. Its Super Crown World Championship is the final event of each season.
Each season’s tour stops build toward the Super Crown, where the world titles are decided. On its 2025 page, the league said the whole season ‘all leads up to this moment.’
The 2025 final was held at the same arena on 6 and 7 December 2025, according to the league. For the Super Crown São Paulo edition of 2026, its page opens with a simple message: ‘The Super Crown is coming back to São Paulo!’
Why US Skate Fans Should Care
American Nyjah Huston won the league’s Paris stop on 3 October, so the US star heads to the Super Crown São Paulo finale in form. He also skated the 2025 men’s final in São Paulo, which 15-year-old Ginwoo Onodera won.
Brazil is a skateboarding power, and the finale gives its fans a world title event at home. Our report on Brazil’s rise in global skateboarding describes Brazilian skaters sweeping every medal at an SLS event in Brasília.
Brazil’s Rayssa Leal, an Olympic medallist, won the 2025 women’s title, her fourth Super Crown in a row, the league reports. The 2026 individual field has not been published yet.
The New Nations Cup
The Super Crown São Paulo weekend also marks the debut of a team contest, the Nations Cup, the league says. Brazil, the United States and Japan face a combined Rest of the World team.
The sports-business site Máquina do Esporte and the regional outlet ABCdoABC both report that the winning country takes home US$100,000. Máquina do Esporte says the Nations Cup takes place on Saturday 12 December, the first day of the event.
Super Crown São Paulo Schedule and Time Difference
Saturday 12 December is for the men’s and women’s semifinals, and Sunday 13 December decides the world titles, both outlets report. ABCdoABC adds that the trophies are presented on the Sunday.
The league has not yet posted start times or a running order for either day. In 2025 its Saturday stream went live at 11:30 a.m. São Paulo time, which was 9:30 a.m. ET.
São Paulo runs on Brasília time, three hours behind Greenwich, and Brazil no longer uses daylight saving time. Once US clocks fall back on 1 November, São Paulo is two hours ahead of New York.
How to Buy Super Crown Tickets
The Super Crown São Paulo page on streetleague.com reads ‘tickets on sale now’ and links to the event on Ticketmaster Brazil. Máquina do Esporte names Ticketmaster as the only sales channel and dates the general sale from 30 September.
Seats are split between the upper and lower rings, plus a premium SLS Experience area close to the course, Máquina do Esporte reports. The league has not posted 2026 prices on its own site, so check the Ticketmaster page for the current price list.
The Ticketmaster Brazil site is in Portuguese and shows prices in Brazilian reais. Buy only through the link on the league’s page rather than from resellers on social media.
How to Watch in the US
The league streamed its Paris stop on 3 October live on YouTube for viewers worldwide, its own guide said. Its site also lists Rumble, the video platform that carried earlier 2026 stops such as Sydney and downtown Los Angeles.
The league has not yet announced where the Super Crown São Paulo finals will stream or air. Last December, it sent fans to its YouTube channel for both days of the 2025 Super Crown.
Getting to Ginásio do Ibirapuera
Ginásio do Ibirapuera, officially Ginásio Geraldo José de Almeida, is part of the Ibirapuera sports complex near Ibirapuera Park. The park is São Paulo’s best-known green space and lies south of the city centre.
Most international flights from the US land at Guarulhos International Airport, northeast of the city. Allow plenty of time for the drive across the city to Ibirapuera by taxi or ride-hailing app, especially at rush hour.
Congonhas, the city’s domestic airport, is much closer to the arena if you connect through another Brazilian city. After the Sunday finals, a ride-hailing app is the simplest way back to a hotel.
Visa and Safety for US Visitors
The State Department says US citizens need a visa for Brazil ‘regardless of the purpose of travel,’ so apply well before December. Its entry table accepts ‘a valid Brazilian visa or e-visa’ for US travellers.
The State Department rates Brazil at Level 2, exercise increased caution, in an advisory dated 29 May 2025. It also warns that ‘any public event, including concerts and sporting events, can turn violent.’
Keep phones out of sight on the street and carry only the cash and cards you need. A plan to meet friends at a fixed point after the event helps if phones lose signal in the crowd.
What Is Not Confirmed Yet
The league has not published start times, door times or the list of skaters for the Super Crown São Paulo event. Nor has it named the Nations Cup team line-ups.
The league has not posted 2026 ticket prices on its own site, and the broadcast plan for US viewers is still open. We will update this guide once Street League Skateboarding posts its December schedule.
