RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - A man from Chile, whose name was not released, has disappeared after accidentally receiving 330 times his salary.
As reported by the news website Insider, the Chilean resigned from the meat company CIAL Alimentos after receiving 165,398,851 (US$180,000) Chilean pesos instead of the expected 500,000.
The local newspaper Diario Financiero reports that the employee explained the error to the Human Resources Department and promised to return the next day to clarify the situation, but he was not seen again.
