RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazilian exchange B3 confirmed Monday that it will launch bitcoin futures trading in the next six months, its first product for the cryptocurrency market.
B3's chief financial officer, André Milanez, said, "We plan to launch bitcoin futures in the next three to six months."
The executive did not provide details on how this new exchange product will work, whether it will be through the creation of a company or whether bitcoin futures will be traded directly, but what is certain is that it is a plan that is on the agenda for the short term . . .
