Russia’s Acron to buy Brazil’s Petrobras fertilizer plant

By · February 5, 2022 · 1 min read

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The Minister said she was briefed by Petrobras’ CEO Joaquim Silva e Luna and Mines and Energy Minister Bento Albuquerque on the deal for the sale of the UFN3 plant.

Tereza Cristina did not provide a figure for the deal, but she said this should be among the topics of President Jair Bolsonaro’s official trip to Russia between February 14 and 17.

Russia’s Acron Group reached a deal to acquire a fertilizer plant from Brazilian state-run Petrobras.
