In Plain English

TuBoleta is a Colombian ticket company, and COP is the Colombian peso. Jay Wheeler’s tour is named after his album, La Voz Favorita, which means the favourite voice.

Platea is the lowest-level zone, nearest the stage, and Piso 2 and Piso 3 are the upper levels. Tribuna Fan Sur is a zone with numbered seats.

Tickets and Prices

The TuBoleta event page lists a presale for Movistar customers and an artist presale that ended on 9 October. General sale opened on Friday, 9 October at 11 a.m. and runs until sold out.

Each transaction is limited to six tickets, and the minimum age is 14. The page does not say whether younger fans can enter with an adult.

The cheapest seats, in third-tier sectors 302 to 306 and 314 to 318, list at COP 149,000 plus COP 30,200 in fees. That is COP 179,200 in total (about US$56).

Third-tier sectors 307 to 313 list at COP 227,300 in total (about US$71). Second-tier sectors 206 to 214 list at COP 303,400 (about US$95).

Platea sectors 104 to 106 list at COP 335,500 in total (about US$105). The outer second-tier sectors, 202 to 205 and 215 to 218, list at COP 359,500 (about US$113).

Platea sectors 101 to 103 list at COP 395,600 for the back rows (about US$124). The first eight rows list at COP 419,700 (about US$132), and Tribuna Fan Sur at COP 600,000 (about US$189).

The seller says each zone moves from its first-stage price to the full price once that zone fills its allotted capacity. The figures here are therefore the prices shown on 3 November, and later ones may be higher.

Conversions use COP 3,182.99 per US dollar, the Banco de la República TRM in force on 3 November 2026, rounded. Whether any zone has sold out could not be checked.

International bank cards are accepted from the general sale, but tickets are handed over only at the box office, to the buyer. A US visitor who pays online should plan time to collect them.

Sectors 201, 219, 301 and 319 may have restricted views, and sectors 206, 214, 306 and 314 are alcohol-free. Pregnant women in visible pregnancy will not be admitted, following authority recommendations, the page says.

The Arena and How to Get There

The Movistar name ended on 31 October 2026, the arena operator announced in September. The venue now calls itself El Corazón de Bogotá, and a new naming sponsor is expected to be announced in 2027.

TuBoleta lists the venue as El Corazón de Bogotá – Arena, although its rules text still says Movistar Arena. The venue says its programme stays in place.

The venue’s site gives the address as Diagonal 61C No. 26-35 in Bogotá. It tells visitors to use the Corazón de Bogotá TransMilenio station, the city’s bus rapid transit system, and walk from there.

Partner car parks stand at the El Campín stadium, north and south, and at the Palacio de los Deportes. The venue says some events include free shuttle buses, and parking fees depend on each operator.

The venue advises visitors to use trusted ride apps or to check that a taxi is registered. Guests with reduced mobility should tell TuBoleta when they buy and tell staff on the day.

Safety, Entry Rules and Costs for US Visitors

The US State Department rates Colombia Level 3, Reconsider Travel, in an advisory dated 30 March 2026. It cites crime, terrorism, civil unrest, kidnapping and natural disasters, with some areas at higher risk.

The advisory says street crime can quickly turn violent and that travellers should not resist if targeted. It also lists drugging among crimes that occur frequently in some regions.

It says demonstrations are common and can close roads and cut access to public transport. It bars US government employees from hailing street taxis or using any public transport in Colombia.

The advisory names Arauca, Cauca, Valle del Cauca and Norte de Santander as areas not to visit, excepting Popayán and Cali. Bogotá and Medellín are not on that list.

The US State Department says US citizens need no visa for a stay of 90 days or fewer in Colombia. Its country page does not set out extension rules.

Migración Colombia, the immigration agency, says foreigners need a valid passport and, depending on nationality, an exit ticket and proof of funds. It calls its online Check-Mig form optional, and visitors should confirm the current stay rule and any extension there.

Colombia uses UTC-5 all year, and New York is on daylight time in June. A 9 p.m. start in Bogotá is therefore 10 p.m. in New York.

No hotel, taxi or parking prices were checked for this guide. The ticket prices above, from about US$56, are the only confirmed costs.

What It Means for You

For a US fan, the main costs are the flight and a ticket from about US$56. Buy only through the seller named by the arena, TuBoleta.

Expats in Bogotá can reach the arena by TransMilenio or a pre-booked ride and should plan the trip home early. Visitors with non-US passports should check Colombia’s entry rules for their nationality.

What Is Not Known

The length of the set, the support act and any ban list for bags or cameras have not been published. Whether any zone has sold out could not be checked.

One early press report gave 3 July, but the venue page and the seller both say Thursday, 3 June 2027. Whether the arena’s new name will be in place by then is also unknown.

What Comes Next

Organisers usually publish the final access plan closer to a concert, so watch the TuBoleta page and the venue’s site. Doors open at 7 p.m. on Thursday, 3 June 2027, and the show starts at 9 p.m.
