RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Heavy rains in the early hours of Sunday, January 30, caused at least 24 deaths in São Paulo, the state government said.
Deaths were registered in the following cities:
Franco da Rocha: 8
Francisco Morato: 4
Embu das Artes: 3
Várzea Paulista: 5
Arujá: 1
Ribeirão Preto: 1
Jaú: 1
Death in unidentified place: 1
