Real Estate Valuation: The most expensive street per m2 in São Paulo
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – According to the startup’s survey, the average price of the square meter in Seridó stands at R$35,000 (US$6,662), more than double the average in Jardim Europa – R$14,000 per square meter.
This short street is located between the traditional Clube Pinheiros and the Cidade Jardim Station, and three blocks away from Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue, an important financial district of the São Paulo capital.

According to Loft’s Director of Engineering and Data Science Daniel Scalli, Seridó’s appreciation can be explained by the concurrence of features, such as the security index, service supply, and the neighborhood’s location in the city.
“The macro location, the neighborhood, is a first filter, but within the neighborhoods we have even more highly valued places, which reach what we can call the ‘ideal balancing situation’,” he explains.
