RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Brazilian government ratified the mobility agreement that promises to facilitate granting visas, residence permits and the circulation of people in the territories part of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP).
The agreement was signed in July last year, during the 13th CPLP Conference of Heads of State and Government, held in Luanda, capital of Angola. On that occasion, Brazil was represented by Vice-President Hamilton Mourão. After the signing, the agreement was approved . . .
