South Korea's Second Vice Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy, Park Il-jun, has met in the capital of the Asian country, Seoul, with the Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining of Uruguay, Omar Ignacio Paganini Herrera.
The South Korean ministry announced they discussed ways to expand cooperation in the new energy industry sector between the two countries.
