Bolivia’s former president Evo Morales accused the US of promoting 2019 coup d’état

After winning the general elections in 2019, Evo Morales suffered a coup d'état orchestrated by the high command of the Bolivian Army and Police, in conjunction with extreme right-wing groups, which resulted in the de facto government of Jeanine Áñez.
