Second shipment of Russian diesel arrives in Brazil

The second shipment of Russian diesel has arrived at the Brazilian port of Paranaguá in the southern state of Paraná, according to Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro.

Bolsonaro recalled that the first Russian diesel shipment arrived at the Santos port on Oct. 2.

"New cargoes are expected to increase competition and put further downward pressure on fuel prices, ultimately leading to deflation and lower food prices," the leader said.
