The president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), Minister Alexandre de Moraes, rejected the Liberal Party's (PL, right) request for the Court to verify inconsistencies found by a private audit in 250,000 ballot boxes of models before 2020.
In addition to denying the request, the minister ordered the party to pay a R$22 (US$4) million fine for "bad faith litigation".
