RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - A committee from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) begins a trip to Jordan, Egypt, and Morocco on Friday. The group will meet with representatives of private companies and governments of these three countries to discuss the supply of fertilizers and the expansion of investments in Brazil.
In Jordan, the main topic will be the supply of potassium-based fertilizers. In Egypt, the focus will be on nitrogen-based fertilizers, and in Morocco, on phosphate-based fertilizers. The delegation will return to Brazil on May 14.
