Brazil inflation (IPCA-15) advances 1.17% through November 15

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - As measured by the Broad National Consumer Price Index 15 (IPCA-15), the advance of inflation rose 1.17% in the first part of November. The result represents the highest variation for the month since 2002 when the index stood at 2.08%.

Last month, the IPCA-15 stood at 1.20%, and in November 2020, 0.81%. The accumulated figure for the year is 9.57%, and for the 12 months, the inflation forecast is 10.73%, above the 10.34% registered in the immediately previous 12 months. The data were released today (25) by . . .
