Bolsonaro receives 40.3% of voting intentions in São Paulo state and Lula da Silva 35.5%

Contrary to all claims, President Jair Bolsonaro (PL, right) is ahead of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT, left) in the country's most populous São Paulo state, by far the most important in Brazil, as shown by Paraná Pesquisas, August 18-22, 2022.

Among voters in São Paulo, the conservative incumbent president has 40.3% of the vote and leftist challenger Lula da Silva 35.5%. Read here the full report.
