The collegiate body, with 96 advisors, including members from government entities and NGOs, will have 23 full members, including its president, minister Ricardo Salles. On Monday, July 22nd, Bolsonaro excluded by decree the positions for specialists and civilian members from the National Council on Drug Policy (CONAD). The order also bans CONAD discussions from being made public without prior authorization.
