São Paulo’s Government is in the US to raise US$36.31 billion in investments
Governor Tarcísio de Freitas and his delegation traveled on Tuesday 9 to the United States to present the São Paulo state portfolio of projects.
The government has a projected portfolio of R$180 billion (US$36.31 billion) in private investments in concessions, privatizations, and Public-Private Partnerships.
The delegation will hold bilateral meetings and agendas with banks and investment funds until Friday, 12.

“We are going to New York to present our investment partnership program, show the main investors the portfolio that we have and that should mobilize R$180 billion of private capital to the State in the next years”, highlighted Governor Tarcísio de Freitas.
“We will have a series of meetings with important investment funds, besides participating in some events with banks”, he added.
According to the government, the intention is to attract private investments.
“This is what will generate jobs for the people of São Paulo”, summarizes Tarcísio.
This will be the third international mission of the current administration – the previous ones occurred in January, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, and in March, with visits to the UK, Spain, and France.
