Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – The Karaoké Indie party is back at Casa da Matriz tonight with a very special edition to celebrate the international opening of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”
All six of the previous Star Wars films will be projected during the party. There will be popcorn, light sabers, and discounts for those who arrive dressed as any of the Star Wars characters.
In addtion to singing and movies on the first floor, DJs Phunktronick and Thiago Burgos will spin for the Go Indie Go party on the second floor during the night.
Promotions will include two-for-one specials on five drinks: caipirinha, caipivodka, Hi-fi, Cuba Libre, and mojito. Additionally, shots of Chuva cachaça will be distributed throughout the night, Zippers pizza will be available for purchase.

Yves V (Cidade Nova)
Belgian DJ Yves V will perform live at Sul America (Centro de Convenções SulAmérica) in Cidade Nova tonight. A Tomorrowland resident, Yves V is known for his original electro and trance works as well as his Big room and energetic sets, and various booming remixes.

Allie (Botafogo)
Audio Rebel in Botafogo will host a live performance by Allie tonight. Allie is a resident solo artist based in Berlin who recently released his fourth album in June of this year.

Tonight the weekly Latin Party Rio returns to Guimo’s Pub in Copacabana. During the party DJs Mateus and Jo will spin the best of reggaeton, merengue, salsa, pop, house, and hits. Caipirinhas will be free until 11PM and beer will be unlimited until midnight.
