Brazil: Salvador da Bahia airport to host direct flights to country’s southern capitals

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Run by VINCI Airports, the new routes are a testament to Salvador's attractiveness for airlines and for the consolidation of this destination as one of Brazilians' favorite.

Routes from Salvador to major cities in southern Brazil will be operated by GOL Linhas Aéreas, with Deputado Luís Eduardo Magalhães Airport - formerly Dois de Julho International Airport - (SSA) as one of its hubs.

Flights to Curitiba began on October 31, 3 times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. From January, there will be 11 weekly flights to the capital of Paraná, available also . . .
