Colombia: Energy emergency affecting 80 municipalities on the Caribbean coast partially resolved

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - ISA Intercolombia reported an equipment failure in the Chinú substation (Córdoba), which affected the power supply to municipalities in the departments of Bolívar, Córdoba, Sucre, and Magdalena, which occurred at 11:05 PM on Thursday, May 12, but which has already been partially solved.

It is estimated that this failure affected the power supply to about 80 municipalities in these departments of Colombia's Caribbean region . . .
