The Government of Chile has invoked this Wednesday a security law to deal with the strike of truckers who have continued to demonstrate on the roads, after rejecting the Executive's proposal to end a strike that began on Monday.
The Minister of the Interior and Security, Carolina Tohá, has confirmed that they have made the decision to prosecute - through the State Security Law - criminally the truckers who maintain the blockades in various parts of the country.
