President Luis Arce inaugurated the "National Bicentennial Strategic Plan", which contemplates, as he said, the implementation of "works of great economic impact" for the country, when there are still 36 months to go before the celebration of the 200 years of Bolivian Independence.
Arce did not detail the investment for this national plan, but he was optimistic about executing, in the remainder of his administration, what he called "The Bolivia we dream of by 2025."
