Bolivia reports trade surplus of US$1.22 billion in the first half of 2022

"As of the first semester of 2022, Bolivia recorded a trade surplus of US$1.22 billion, registering an increase of 32% compared to the balance recorded in the same period of the last management," stated the IBCE report based on data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE).

From January to June 2022, Bolivia achieved a trade surplus of US$1.22 billion, which translates into a 32% increase compared to the same period of 2021, when this indicator reached US$926 million, according to the Bolivian Institute of Foreign Trade . . .
