Uruguay eliminated vaccine passport for outdoor events and shortened isolations

Uruguay's health portfolio "recommends allowing the development outdoors of all activities, with 100% capacity, without covid vaccine control," the Health Minister announced.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Uruguayan Minister of Public Health, Daniel Salinas, announced on Wednesday, February 23, the elimination of the vaccine passport for outdoor events and the provision of 100% capacity for activities in enclosed spaces whose attendees have full vaccination.
