PAHO offers support to Uruguay government in court case regarding suspension of Covid vaccines for children

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) offered its support to the Uruguayan Ministry of Health after a judge last week forced the suspension of the Covid-19 vaccine for children under 13.

This is according to a letter sent Monday by PAHO Director Carissa Etienne of the Dominican Republic to Health Minister Daniel Salinas.
