Elections in Brazil go smoothly

The civil society organization 'Transparência Eleitoral Brasil', observer of the 2022 elections and member of the Transparency Commission of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), reported voting on the morning of the election Sunday (2) is going smoothly and queues are normal.

"Everything indicates that voters are voting peacefully, as has always been the case in Brazil," said Transparencia Eleitoral Brasil General Coordinator Ana Cláudia Santano at a press conference attended by representatives of international missions from several countries.
