RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Companhia das Docas do Estado da Bahia (Codeba) recorded a percentage growth of 15.92% in cargo throughput compared to 2020, the second-highest among Brazilian port companies.
The first place was occupied by Companhia das Docas do Espírito Santo (Codesa), with an increase of 18.27%.
"The position we have gained in the national ranking of the performance of public ports is the result of a stable growth trend in movements that have continued for 15 months," said Carlos Autran Amaral, general manager of Codesba.
