RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Brazil is one of the top economies of the world, coming in the list of top ten economies worldwide and the largest economy in Latin America. Brazil also has a population of more than 215 million, which means that there are tons of opportunities available for businesses. Many foreign investors are looking to do business in Brazil, although it suffered through some hard times in the past few years, the country is positive about the future.

The current government intends to attract as many foreign investments as it could into the country and the country is doing so by eliminating corruption, reducing unnecessary bureaucracy, and opening the gates of the country for foreign participation. For these reasons, Brazil is an appealing destination for many international businesses. Today, we will be outlining some advantages of doing business in Brazil that can help out foreign investors:

A Large Consumer Market

Brazil as a nation has a lot of potential since it has the 6th largest global population and the economy of the country is largely run by the middle class which is fast-growing, like most of the other countries in the Latin American region. All of this means that Brazil has a large consumer market that would ultimately mean more opportunities for the business.

Since the Brazilian consumer market is huge and diverse, it means that all foreign businesses who will invest in Brazil will have a lot of commercial opportunities for them even if it is a business of playing cards for games like Spider Solitaire.

Brazil Is A Part Of Various Trade Agreements

Brazil is also a part of various trade agreements including the Southern Common Market, also known as MERCOSUR, and BRICS. Any company that establishes its business in Brazil would get easy access to other countries in various parts of the world and it allows these businesses to take advantage of trade agreements.

MERCOSUR includes countries like Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, which are the founding countries of the agreement along with various other members. BRICS consists of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, all of which are top economies in the world, creating more trading and commercial opportunities for companies in Brazil.

Brazil’s international connections with most of the top economies of the world are one of the major advantages for companies that conduct business in Brazil and this is one of the reasons why we are seeing games like Solitaire having a Brazilian variant.

Agricultural Sector Has A Lot Of Potential

Brazil is a large country and naturally diverse. Agriculture is one of the biggest sectors in the country. Despite the Global Financial Crisis in the past couple of years, Brazil was still able to come up with a strong agricultural output that helped the economy of the country.

Companies that are related to agriculture and farming will love conducting business in Brazil. Since many people in the country are associated with agriculture, there are huge opportunities available. These include things like the introduction of new technology that can increase agricultural output or improve efficiency.

This is also beneficial for Brazil as well because it is in the greater interest of Brazil to support such companies that can promote and improve agriculture in the country.

Highly Open To Foreign Investments

Brazil is highly open to foreign investments and those people who are looking to own a company or incorporate a local company should know that Brazil allows 100% of foreign ownership. Along with this, local companies can be incorporated in Brazil without having to even visit the country thanks to the Power of Attorney that allows this process to be completed easily.

Plus, the Brazilian government is highly pro-business and it is introducing reforms that are attracting foreign businesses and companies to enter the Brazilian local markets.

Great Infrastructure And Transportation System

Brazil also has great infrastructure and brilliant transportation facilities as compared to the rest of the countries in Latin America. The roads are largely developed in the country and Brazil houses one of the largest highway systems in the world. Along with this, it also has a very good railway system for land cargo transportation.

The country has a very vast and extensive network of transportation and logistics that can allow for easy moving of goods, both domestically and internationally (Photo internet reproduction)
