Slayer in São Paulo: Reign in Blood Played Whole at Forty

BRAZIL · LIVE MUSIC

Slayer in São Paulo is the only South American date in this format. The album they are playing whole is twenty-nine minutes long.

Slayer in São Paulo is set for Thursday 17 December 2026. The venue is Nubank Parque in Agua Branca.

The draw is the format rather than the booking. Reign in Blood is performed in full, forty years after its release.

Kreator and Korzus support. Korzus is a São Paulo band and one of the founding acts of Brazilian thrash.

Livepass sells the tickets. General sale opened on 3 June 2026.

What Reign in Blood at Forty Means

Reign in Blood came out in October 1986 and runs under thirty minutes. It is ten songs long.

That brevity is why a full performance works as a set piece rather than an endurance test. Most anniversary shows stretch an album past its natural length.

The rest of the set draws on the wider catalogue. The album itself is the centrepiece, not the whole night.

Promoters describe this as the only South American date in the anniversary format. Bogotá got a Slayer show earlier in the year without it.

The Running Order

Korzus opens at seven in the evening. Kreator follows at ten to eight.

Slayer are on at five past nine. That is an unusually precise schedule to publish in advance.

Arriving for the headliner alone means missing two thirds of the bill. Kreator have their own forty-year history in the same genre.

What Slayer in São Paulo Costs

Cadeira Superior is the entry tier at R$360 (US$70) full price, or R$180 (US$35) at half price. Pista is R$490 (US$96) and R$245 (US$48).

Cadeira Nivel 1 Central is R$600 (US$117) and Lateral R$650 (US$127). Pista Premium is R$890 (US$174).

Itaú cardholders get a separate rate of R$252 (US$49) on the entry tier. VIP packages run from R$1,593.94 (US$311) to R$3,844.41 (US$750).

Half price in Brazil is a legal concession for students and over-60s. It is checked at the gate, and a ticket bought without the entitlement is refused.

The Venue, Under Two Names

Nubank Parque is the stadium that was called Allianz Parque until May 2026. Nubank took the naming rights in April and the change was confirmed on the fourth of May.

Listings published before then still use the old name. Both refer to the Palmeiras stadium on Rua Palestra Italia.

Ed Sheeran plays the same stadium eleven days earlier. December is unusually busy there.

The Barra Funda station is the practical way in and out. Walking toward it after a stadium show beats waiting for a car.
