Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Club Workout is part of new craze that involves partying hard while you exercise.
Having taken New York by storm, the movement has now arrived in Brazil bringing its high-octane, high-energy classes to the clubs of São Paulo and Rio.
At CAVE, in Arpoador, every Wednesday night, join fellow work-out buddies for an aerobic twerk class and release your inner diva! Classes run from 8PM – 9PM.

The O Club Workout (The Workout Club) returns to Rio’s Cave club in Arpoador tonight for another high-energy edition. Get you Lycra on for the aerobic twerk class inspired by pop-diva choreography. The event lasts approximately one hour.

Tonight Casa da Matriz in Botafogo will host Special Double Yellow Submarine: Pool Party + Beatles. Yes, that’s right. They will have a pool in the house! On the second floor Dj Mario Mamede will only be playing Beatles songs. Plus two-for-one specials on five drinks: caipirinha, caipivodka, Hi-Fi, Cuba Libre and mojito.

Tonight the weekly Latin Party Rio returns to Guimo’s Pub in Copacabana. During the party DJs Mateus and Jo will spin the best of reggaeton, merengue, salsa, pop, house, and hits. Caipirinhas will be free until 11PM and beer will be unlimited until midnight.

It’s time for the best of rap, hip hop, deep house and trap as the weekly Breaking Rules party returns to the Lagoa nightclub, Miroir. Tonight the event will welcome special guest MC Novinho da Praça, with resident DJs Lorão, Mondraga, Nicko and Roffer taking to the decks too.
