PARTY:
4FE na Cabine @ Comuna (Botafogo) – DJ 4FE will be taking over the cabin at Comuna tonight as a warm-up for their show on April 12th.
Comuna is one of the most popular alternative electronic spots in Rio, with free entry, great visuals, plus mouth-watering burgers and vegetarian snacks. There will be support from Manara, Hollanda, Davi Vath and SERPA.
This free event begins at 7PM.

LIVE:
Elza Soares @ Praça Xv (Centro) – This event is part of the ‘Month of Women’ program at SESC. Their program culminates today with a full day of lectures, workshops, artistic installations, performances and health advice, starting from midday. The highlight of the event will be a free concert by the singer Elza Soares in Rio’s historic Praça XV.
The show will be a tour through the career classics of this one-of-a-kind artist, as well as including hits from her recent albums such as ‘Computadores Fazem Arte,’ ‘A Carne,’ ‘Mulher do Fim do Mundo,’ ‘O Tempo Não Para’ and other songs from Brazilian popular music.
This free event starts at midday with the concert beginning at 7PM.

PARTY:
Não é Cortejo @ Arco do Teles (Centro) – This is another party looking to keep the Carnival spirit of the city going. The Arianos are bringing their best Carnival bloco spirit to the streets of Rio and invite you to join them.
People are invited to wear their old costume from Carnival, plus there will be an open glitter bar to make sure everyone sparkles.
This free event begins at 7PM.

Winehouse (Botafogo)
Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites. There is also a great selection of nibbles and cheese boards. For those that aren’t too keen on wine, there is plenty of beer and cocktail options too. Happy hour begins at 5PM and finishes at 8PM.

Blue Agave (Ipanema)
Blue Agave Ipanema is always a great place for Mexican food, drinks and for watching live sport streams and broadcasts. Just around the corner from Posto 9, the bar is also known for its mostly English-speaking staff and crowd which frequents the establishment.
