The Hariharan Mauritius concert is set for Saturday 28 November 2026 at the Trianon Convention Centre, near Quatre Bornes in central Mauritius. Hariharan is a celebrated Indian singer of ghazals (poetic love songs) and Bollywood film music, playing his first Mauritian show since 2016.
Tickets for the Hariharan Mauritius concert go through Otayo, a Mauritian ticketing site, and start at 1,500 Mauritian rupees (about US$32). For a US traveller, it is one dated evening around which to plan a trip to the Indian Ocean island.
Who Hariharan Is and Why This Show Matters
Hariharan is an Indian singer known for ghazals, a form of sung poetry rooted in the Urdu tradition, and for Bollywood film songs. Otayo says he is coming back to Mauritius ten years after his last visit in 2016.
Otayo credits him with a career of nearly five decades, more than 5,000 songs in 10 languages and over 350 playback projects. Playback singing means recording the vocals that film actors mime on screen.
The songs Otayo names include Tu Hi Re, Uyire Uyire and Jaaniya Ve. It also points to his version of the Hanuman Chalisa, a Hindu devotional hymn that it says has passed 5 million views.
Otayo adds that he formed the fusion duo Colonial Cousins with Leslie Lewis, the first Indian act on an acoustic music TV series. It says he has also recorded more than 50 tracks with the film composer A. R. Rahman.
The seller lists two National Film Awards and the Padma Shri, an Indian government civilian honour, among his prizes. These details come from Otayo’s own page, which is the only source we found for this show.
We found no other Hariharan date in Mauritius, so the Hariharan Mauritius concert appears to be a single night. Expect ghazals, romantic melodies, film songs and fusion, according to the event page.

The Venue and How to Get There
The Hariharan Mauritius concert is held at the Trianon Convention Centre in Trianon, Quatre Bornes, according to Otayo. The hall is close to the Ebene Cybercity business district, and the centre’s website says the airport is a 25-minute drive away.
Otayo’s venue page says the hall has movable seating for up to 3,000 people and a 154-square-metre semicircular stage. It also lists air conditioning, 700 parking spaces and an upstairs terrace with a mountain view.
Platinum tickets and the four levels above it include parking, according to the event page. Food and drinks can be bought on site, and Otayo advises arriving early for smooth entry.
For questions about the hall, call the centre on +230 403 4540. The pages we read publish no public bus or train route, so take a taxi or rental car.

Tips for US and Foreign Visitors
The US State Department says US citizens need no visa for Mauritius and get a passport stamp on arrival for 60 days. It lists a passport with one blank page, onward or return travel and proof of funds.
Mauritius’s Passport and Immigration Office, the body that controls entry, asks for a valid passport, a return ticket, funds and a confirmed hotel. Its visa page does not name US passports, so recheck both pages.
Questions go to the Passport and Immigration Office in Port Louis (phone +230 260 2073). The office’s menu also lists a Mauritius All-in-One Travel Digital Form, so check whether you must fill it in before you fly.
Otayo prices everything in Mauritian rupees, so your card issuer will convert the charge. Check your card’s foreign-transaction fee before you pay.
At the Hariharan Mauritius concert, songs will be sung in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu, according to Otayo. The page does not mention translations, so non-speakers should expect to enjoy the music more than the words.
A full 120 minutes from a 19:30 start ends near 21:30, though Otayo says the end time may change. Ask your hotel desk to book a return taxi in advance.
What Is Not Confirmed Yet
Otayo does not name the organiser, and we found no second listing: the venue’s own website does not list the show. The date, prices and times rest on Otayo’s own event and venue pages, read on Wednesday 28 October 2026.
Seat availability can change within hours, and we saw no sold-out label on the page when we read it. No support act, booking fee or full band line-up is listed.
We did not check flight fares from the United States or the travel time from the airport to the hall. Price both before you buy a ticket.
We did not check whether Mauritius requires a travel form for your trip on 28 November. Confirm it with the Passport and Immigration Office before you book.
