‘Clean Money’ wins 1st place at London Business School

The founder and general director of Dinheiro Limpo (Clean Money), Euclides Francisco, conquered first place in the entrepreneurship journey of the London Business School, in London, United Kingdom, in a universe of 350 competitors worldwide.

According to a press release sent to Forbes Lusophone Africa, Euclides Francisco and his team went through all the stages of the program outstandingly, winning the award for the best business concept, stability, and the best sales pitch.

The performance of the founder and general manager of Dinheiro Limpo ensured that three of the four investors in the panel showed interest in partnering with the Angolan company and investing in the country and surrounding regions.

The projects and collaborations that have emerged with the private equity and venture capital funds of the United Kingdom are not known in detail.

Still, there are guarantees that the use of technology to massify financial education in Angola and all PALOP – Portuguese-speaking African Countries – is at the base of negotiations.

Francisco is one of the country’s most prominent influences in financial education and business creation.

He contributes directly to disseminating information, investments, finance, and business, certified by the NFEC.

He also conducts mentorships, lectures, webinars, and other events in Angola and Europe, to make the Angolan market better known to the diaspora community and foreigners so that they invest in the country.

The financial education startup, based in Angola, also specializes in business valuation and invests in micro and small businesses in Angola.

According to the note, its latest high-profile investment was the acquisition of one of the country’s most promising accounting firms, Cognitiva Lda, which has seen its revenue grow 150% year-over-year in the last three months.

Francisco plans to launch at the beginning of the second half of 2023 an unprecedented project for the Angolan market estimated at Kw120 million (US$236,000).

“Currently, Dinheiro Limpo has a 9-figure profit per year, with the clear objective of going to 10 in 2025,” the note said.
