RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – With 100 % of the precincts processed and 99.295 % counted, Pedro Castillo, is the candidate with the most votes in the Peruvian presidential elections with at least 8,803,629 votes.
Although there is still 0.705 % of the votes to be counted, and this percentage is higher than the percentage that separates Castillo from the candidate Keiko Fujimori (0.4 percentage points),it is as good as impossible that this result can be reversed.
