Bolsonaro says Brazil should close the year with balance of 3 million new formal jobs

Brazil created 253,083 formal jobs in October, according to CAGED.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - President Jair Bolsonaro on Tuesday said the country should close this year with a positive balance of 3 million formal jobs despite the economic hardship and the lingering effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.

"Despite everything, we should end our third year of government with a positive balance of approximately 3 million new jobs," said the President at a ceremony to sign the authorization terms for use of radio frequencies by the 5G auction band winning companies.
