RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - According to a medical report, at least eight people were killed and several injured Sunday, February 27, when they were hit by a vehicle after a Carnaval parade in central Bolivia.
"We have eight deceased at this moment. There are many more injured. I don't have a number at this moment," said the doctor on duty at the local hospital, Bernabé Escalera.
