The president of the Angolan-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (CAC), Luis Cupenala, has praised what he calls the "enormous" cooperation between Angola and China, saying that the level of bilateral cooperation is consistent and reliable.
Cupenala told Xinhua that this cooperation has contributed to improving infrastructure, industrialization, and poverty reduction in the southern African country.
Cupenala highlighted transportation as an area where the two countries have cooperated extensively over the years, praising Chinese companies for building and rehabilitating railroads such as the Benguela Railway, roads, airports, and electrical infrastructure that have improved the country's connectivity.
