GOL records increase in seat supply and demand for flights in August

Airline GOL airlines on Monday (5) released its August 2022 traffic figures, which continue to show growth in line with the recovery of the aviation sector.

The supply of seats per kilometer flown (ASK) increased by 43.9% compared to the same period last year, while the total number of seats increased by 41.4%.

The number of take-offs increased by 44.9% during this period. Revenue per passenger kilometer (RPK) increased by 31.7%, and the load factor was 81.5% (1.3 percentage points higher than in Aug. 2021).
