The former governor of Maranhão and senator-elect, Flávio Dino, is listed for one of the nominations that the president-elect, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, will have for the STF (Supreme Court) during his term.
Dino is a law professor and former judge. During Lula da Silva's new term, they will retire and will need to be replaced in the Supreme Court:
Ricardo Lewandowski - turns 75 on May 11, 2023;
Rosa Weber - turns 75 on October 2, 2023.
