01_ expo gravuras 2014 Exhibition (Ipanema)
Today the Homegrown gallery in Ipanema opens 01_ expo gravuras 2014, an exhibition that includes the silkscreens of nine contemporary artists; Bruno Big, Antônio Bokel, Combone, João Lelo, Marina Zumi, Marcelo Macedo, Rafael Uzai, Onio and Bruno BR. Each series of silkscreens will have a limited edition of twenty prints with each print in the series numbered and signed by the artists themselves. The exhibition will run through June 14th.

Open Air Film Screening-The Godfather:Part II(Glória)
Tonight in Marina da Glória “The Godfather: Part II” will screen as part of the ongoing Vivo Open Air festival. Tonight for its May edition the College Rock Party hosts an 80s vs Indie Rock night at Bar do B in Laranjeiras. Special guest DJ Carol Tristão and DJs Arlei Hey Hey and Renato JkBx will pit the best of the 80s against indie rock, highlighting music from Lorde and The Cure.
