Italian pianist Ludovico Einaudi will play São Paulo on Friday 5 March 2027, in a third and extra show at the Vibra concert hall. His first two nights, on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 March, are already sold out.
For a US fan this Ludovico Einaudi concert is a rare South American date, with seats from about US$55 to US$204. The extra night is on sale now, but the ticket page and the artist’s own site disagree on the start time.
Who Ludovico Einaudi Is and Why This Show Matters
Ludovico Einaudi is a pianist and composer born in Turin, Italy, on 23 November 1955. His own website says he studied at the Turin and Milan conservatories and later worked as an assistant to the composer Luciano Berio.
Ludovico Einaudi’s first solo album, Le Onde (The Waves), came out in 1996 and drew wide attention to his piano music. He has since released Elements in 2015, a seven-record project called Seven Days Walking in 2019, and the solo piano album Underwater in 2022.
Ludovico Einaudi also wrote the score for the 2002 remake of the film Doctor Zhivago, according to his site. His latest album, The Summer Portraits, was released on 31 January 2025 through Universal Records.
The Ludovico Einaudi São Paulo run is part of a Latin American leg that his concerts page lists for February and March 2027. He plays Mexico City on 24 to 26 February and Buenos Aires on 1 and 3 March before Brazil, and Santiago follows on 9 March.

Dates, Times and the Sold-Out Nights
The ticket seller, Livepass, lists three Ludovico Einaudi concerts at Vibra in São Paulo. Saturday 6 March starts at 8:00 pm with doors at 6:00 pm, and Sunday 7 March follows the same pattern.
Friday 5 March is the extra show, announced after the first two dates sold out, according to the ticket page. It lists doors at 7:00 pm and a start at 9:00 pm, which is 7 pm Eastern Time in the United States.
Brazil has no daylight saving time, and the United States does not change its clocks until Sunday 14 March 2027. So São Paulo is two hours ahead of New York on the night of the concert.
The artist’s own concerts page lists all three Brazilian nights at 8:00 pm, an hour earlier than the Friday time on the ticket page. Confirm the start before you plan dinner.
Ticket Prices and Fees in US Dollars
Livepass lists Ludovico Einaudi prices in Brazilian reais, and full prices start at R$295 (about US$55) for a partial-view stalls seat. The top single seat is the VIP chair at R$1,100 (about US$204).
In between are upper-stalls seats at R$440 (about US$82) and armchair seats at R$820 (about US$152). A box seat costs R$1,000 (about US$185), and a VIP package with a front-row seat and a meet-and-greet costs R$2,955 (about US$548).
Half-price tickets cost half of each figure, such as R$147.50 (about US$27) for the cheapest seat. The scheme covers students, people with disabilities and low-income youths aged 15 to 29, capped at 40 percent of tickets by Law 12,933 of 2013.
Online buyers pay a service fee on top. The page says 15 percent, but its own sector lines show R$220 (about US$41) on the R$1,100 VIP chair, which is closer to 20 percent.
Dollar figures here use the rate of 5.40 reais per US dollar on Saturday 31 October 2026. Your card may add its own foreign-exchange fee, and the page says prices are subject to availability.
How to Buy Tickets From the United States
Buy Ludovico Einaudi tickets only through Livepass, the seller that the artist’s concerts page links to for all three Brazilian nights. The fan presale ran on 30 September and the public sale opened on 1 October, so the Friday show is now in general sale.
The page limits each buyer to 6 tickets per CPF, the Brazilian taxpayer number, and to 2 half-price tickets. How a visitor without a CPF completes an online purchase is not confirmed, so ask Livepass support before you try.
Online buyers can split the payment into up to 6 instalments, and the box office offers up to 3. The Vibra box office is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 19:00, and it is closed on Sundays and holidays.
On event days the box office serves only the concert of the day. Do not plan to buy a Friday ticket there on the night itself.
The page sets the age rule at 16 and up for entry without an adult. Younger visitors must come with a parent or legal guardian, and the page adds that this can change under court rulings.
The Venue and Getting There
Vibra São Paulo is at Avenida das Nações Unidas 17955, in the Vila Almeida area, according to the ticket page. The page lists the accessible sector as the floor area and advises buyers to check access for each sector in advance.
The ticket page gives no train, bus or parking details for the hall. A ride-hailing app or a hotel-booked car is the simplest plan for a late finish.
Doors open two hours before the start on all three nights, according to the ticket page. Set your ride-hailing pickup and drop-off to the street number above.
Tips for US and Foreign Visitors
Brazil has required US citizens to hold an electronic visa since April 2025. Apply only through the official Brazilian government portal and check the current fee and processing time before you book.
The US State Department rates Brazil at Level 2, Exercise Increased Caution, in an advisory dated 29 May 2025, re-read on 31 October 2026. It warns that violent crime, including armed robbery, can occur in urban areas by day and night.
The same advisory tells visitors to be careful at major transport centres and on public transport, especially at night. It also says drugged-drink assaults are common and advises visitors never to accept food or drinks from strangers.
For a concert that ends late, keep your phone out of sight on the street and book your ride home before the last song. Our Rio vs São Paulo safety guide for expats covers district-by-district habits, and our Brazil e-visa guide for US citizens covers the visa.
A seat at about US$55 is cheap by US standards, but a US$204 chair plus fees and a hotel stay adds up. Check the total in dollars before you commit to a flight.
What Is Not Confirmed Yet
The Friday start time is not settled, with Livepass listing 9:00 pm and the artist’s site 8:00 pm. The programme is also unknown, since neither page names a tour title or says whether he plays solo.
Livepass does not name the concert promoter. Its page also gives two different fee figures, so the final price is known only at checkout.
The venue’s own information on capacity, parking and train access is not confirmed here. The ticket page also gives no transfer, name-change or refund policy.
The current e-visa fee and processing time are not confirmed here, so check them on the official portal. No prediction market on this concert is large enough to quote.
