Real Estate Valuation: The most expensive street per m2 in São Paulo

Stretching over 200 meters, two blocks and parallel to Marginal Pinheiros, Seridó street, in Jardim Europa, is the most expensive address in São Paulo, according to a survey by Loft, which tracked the real estate valuation of residential properties between 2018 and 2021.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - According to the startup's survey, the average price of the square meter in Seridó stands at R$35,000 (US$6,662), more than double the average in Jardim Europa - R$14,000 per square meter.

This short street is located between the traditional Clube Pinheiros and the Cidade Jardim Station, and three blocks away from Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue, an important financial district of the São Paulo capital.
